Ohio State vs. Purdue
Buckeyes – 18 1/2 vs. Boilermakers
Although the their legitimacy as national title contenders has been in question ever since their embarrassing loss to USC, the Buckeyes have rebounded well by winning three straight.
The Boilermakers on the other hand are having a tough time this season keeping it together only winning twice in five games this season. Last week Purdue did show some promise on defense, holding Penn State to 20 points, but failed to capitalize on offense only scoring 6 points in the loss.
This will be an easy victory for the Buckeyes as they have continued to be successful since freshman quarterback Terrelle Pryor has been taking the snaps. Pryor still has a ways to go before becoming a dominant quarterback in college football, but with Ohio State’s running game firing on all cylinders and the Buckeyes impressive victory over Wisconsin last week, he doesn’t have to be just yet.
With the Buckeyes solid ground game and Pryor managing the offense as well as he has over the since becoming the starter, Ohio State should improve to 6-1 this season.
